Bondamanjak Pepper
The Bondamanjak Pepper is what people of the French West Indies (Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Guyana) call the Scotch Bonnet pepper. Alternatively, the Habanero pepper is sometimes called the Bondamanjak Pepper within the French West Indies.
This Piment Antillais, what it is usually also called on Guadeloupe, is actually what gives our hot sauce the particular taste and hotness.
